Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping for all our products. We work with reputed courier partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of artwork. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined based on the product's size, weight, and destination.

 

2.      Domestic Shipping

Orders within India are typically processed within 5-7 business days. After processing, delivery may take an additional 3-7 business days, depending on the location. Customers will be provided with a tracking link once the item has been dispatched.

 

3.      International Shipping

We offer international shipping through reliable couriers. International orders may require 15-20 business days for delivery. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by the destination country.

 

4.      Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary by region and the size of the artwork. The applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. Any additional charges, such as taxes, must be borne by the customer.

 

5.      Packaging

All artworks are packed with utmost care, using appropriate materials to ensure their safe delivery. Artworks are wrapped in protective packaging, including layers of bubble wrap and corner protectors, and shipped in sturdy cardboard or wooden crates.

 

6.      Damage During Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing uniquecreationandarts@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will investigate and either issue a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

 

7.      Delivery Address

Please provide an accurate delivery address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If re-delivery is required, additional charges will apply.

 

8.      Delay in Delivery

We strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or customs clearance. We will communicate any delays to you and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
